Return and Refund Policy

At KillFungus LABS LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We have designed this policy to be straightforward and fair. Please read it carefully before placing an order, as using our website constitutes your acceptance of the terms below.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a return, a refund, or a replacement. Any request submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible and will be automatically declined, no exceptions.
Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time it is received back at our facility:

Final Sale Items — No Returns, No Refunds
Any item purchased during a promotional period, a sale event, or at a discounted price is considered a final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, regardless of the reason. By completing a purchase during a promotional period, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Damaged or Undelivered Items — Free Replacement
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if your package is confirmed as lost or undelivered by USPS, you are entitled to a free replacement within the 30-day window from your delivery date. To request a replacement, you must contact us at contact@killfunguslabs.com and provide the following:
We will review your request and, if approved, ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that we offer a replacement in these cases, not a refund. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation before approving a replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
Before sending anything back, you must contact us first at contact@killfunguslabs.com to obtain approval and receive the return address. Any item sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted, will not be processed, and will not be refunded. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer. This includes all shipping costs, packaging, and logistics. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit on the way back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that all eligibility conditions are met. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions stated above (e.g., it has been opened, used, or the packaging is damaged), the refund will be declined and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
