Final Sale Items — No Returns, No Refunds

Damaged or Undelivered Items — Free Replacement

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and/or packaging (for damaged items)

We will review your request and, if approved, ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that we offer a replacement in these cases, not a refund. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation before approving a replacement.


How to Initiate a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first at contact@killfunguslabs.com to obtain approval and receive the return address. Any item sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted, will not be processed, and will not be refunded. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer. This includes all shipping costs, packaging, and logistics. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit on the way back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
