Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively to domestic U.S. addresses. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, or U.S. territories at this time. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and handed off to USPS, estimated delivery time is approximately 8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Total time from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door is therefore approximately 8 to 9 business days under normal conditions.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to USPS operational delays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, peak shipping seasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances. KillFungus LABS LLC is not responsible for any such delays and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.


Shipping Carrier

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been transferred to USPS, title and risk of loss pass to you. KillFungus LABS LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after your package has been handed off to the carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the event of a return.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery directly on the USPS website at usps.com. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@killfunguslabs.com.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. KillFungus LABS LLC is not liable for failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@killfunguslabs.com. We will do our best to make the correction before the order is processed and shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@killfunguslabs.com with the following information:

  • A clear description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item and the original packaging

Upon review and approval of your request, we will ship a free replacement to you at no additional cost. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at contact@killfunguslabs.com. We will open an investigation with USPS on your behalf. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a free replacement. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by USPS but reported as missing, as this may be the result of porch theft or misdelivery, which are matters to be resolved directly with USPS or your local postal service.
